Deposit: $300 apartments $500 penthouses
(additional deposit required in high season)

If we have availability we are happy to discuss holidays
shorter than minimum stays.
Discounts may be negotiated for longer stays.

The quoted tariffs are on a self cater basis. Whilst we provide
a starter pack of: soap, shampoo/ conditioner, toilet paper,
washing & laundry detergent etc., you will need to bring your
own personal supplies.

You will need to bring your own beach towels, as the bath
towels provided should not be removed from the apartment.

 On arrival an imprint of a credit card or a cash security
bond is required as part of the check in formalities.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of the booking 28 days or more prior to the planned
date of arrival in High or Mid Season and 14 days or more in Low
Season will result in a refund of the deposit less an administration
fee of $50.00. Cancellation later than the above specified number
of days will result in no refund unless and until the apartment is relet
for the entire period of the original booking.
An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted.
There is no refund in the event of a shortened stay.
