Kirra Beach Apartments Terms & ConditionS

Located at the picturesque and often more sheltered southern end of the Gold Coast, Kirra Beach Apartments have a range of spacious beachside accommodation, fully self-contained, fully air-conditioned apartments and penthouses. Most of the units have excellent views of the world-renowned Surfers Paradise and overlook the fabulous Kirra Beach.


Phone bookings are also subject to these booking terms and conditions.

Cancellation of the booking 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival in High- or Mid-Season and 14 days or more in Low-Season will result in a full refund.

Cancellation later than the above specified number of days will result in no refund. If the guest is a no show  they will be charged the total price of the booking.

There is no refund in event of a shortened stay.

During Mid and High Season  full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival. All other bookings require full payment 14 days prior to your arrival.

***The Pay NOW and Save Room Type offers are non refundable  please be aware that no changes or cancellations are possible.

This rate is prepaid and your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking

Travel Insurance

For peace of mind consider buying travel insurance.

During Covid, this is even more important if you have booked a non refundable package and not able to travel.

No Party Policy

There is a NO PARTY POLICY or Hens/Bucks nights at Kirra Beach Apartments. Please do not try to hide this as eviction will result.

Key system for arrivals outside of office hours

Reception always aims to contact you prior to your arrival to determine if you will check-in during office hours or not, so sharing your mobile phone when booking is a great idea.  You are always welcome to call Reception on 07 5523 7900 the day before your arrival to obtain the key safe security code if arriving late.

Key safe location

On arrival in Douglas Street, walk towards the portico and front door. Just to your left at about chest height you will see a silver intercom panel and a small light brown safe.

To open the safe

Enter the 4 numeric security code and press “ENTER” – the safe will open automatically.  Select the envelope with your name on it.  (Inside your envelope you will find a welcome letter, an instruction sheet on how to access your apartment and your apartment key).  We request that you complete check-in formalities the day after your arrival.

Please close the safe after collecting your envelope by closing the door and pressing the “CLOSE” button

Entry without a vehicle

Pass the grey key fob across black reader box beside the intercom panel near the safe. The front door will open and close automatically.

The lifts are situated through the sliding glass door at the rear of the reception area.

Call the lift (the ground floor is level 1), once inside the lift pass the key fob across the black reader and then press the button number that coincides with the floor of your apartment.

Entry with a vehicle from the car park

The car park entrance is in Douglas Street on the right hand side of the building. To enter the car park proceed down the driveway and about halfway down activate the gate mechanism by passing the grey key fob across the black box on the right side wall. The gate will open. Please park in the designated spot shown on the back of your key tag.

Call the lift (the garage is Basement level), once inside the lift car pass the key fob across the black reader and then press the button number that coincides with the floor of your apartment.
